Frank will moderate the dedication of the $265 million, 24-acre Foothill Gold Line Operations Campus in Monrovia. Among the officials present were Congress Members Grace Napolitano and Norma Torres; State Senators Bob Huff and Dr. Ed Hernandez; Assembly Majority Floor Leader Chris Holden and Assembly Members Ed Chau and Roger Hernandez; Los Angeles County Supervisors Mike Antonovich and Hilda Solis; the Foothill Gold Line Board of Directors and dozens of mayors and city council members from throughout the San Gabriel Valley – all of whom participated in commemorating the on-budget, ahead-of-schedule achievement. Metro’s new CEO, Phil Washington also attended and participated in the dedication ceremony.\
